Jurgen Klopp says there is unlikely to be any further arrivals to his Liverpool side before the transfer window closes

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has admitted that the arrival of further additions to his side is something he is uncertain of, but each member of the current crop will play a significant role.
34 different players were used in the Premier League alone last season by the German, as he juggled domestic commitments and a Europa League run which culminated with 3-1 loss to Sevilla in the final.
Moving quickly to reinforce his weary squad, Klopp has signed Loris Karius, Joel Matip, £30m was shelled out on former Southampton winger Sadio Mane, while Georginio Wijnaldum is the most recent acquisition, bought from relegated Newcastle.

With the new campaign starting on August 13 and the summer transfer window closing two-and-half weeks later, the former Borussia Dortmund boss remained undecided on any more deals.
'If I had to guess I would say rather no, but I don't know actually because it's a long time until the 31st of August and I have no idea, he told ESPN.
'We will see how the players react on my decisions again because we will have more players than 11 for sure, and then you have to accept a few decisions and you have to take it as an opportunity.

Klopp said he believed no more deals would be concluded before the transfer window ends on August 31

'To develop a team never ends so, you have only result, result, result, but then you will have to again decide. That's how it is. So we will see. I don't think we'll have a lot. But of course everyone knows about it maybe on the outgoing side will happen a little bit.'
He continued, 'What I can promise if we win something at the end of the season, everybody who's here after 31st of August in this squad will have a big influence on it. If we win something and we will have a big picture and everybody will be on it.'
After watching Liverpool lose 1-0 to Chelsea at the Rose Bowl in California on Wednesday night, the German shared a touchline with Antonio Conte for the first of many meetings between these two sides and laughed when asked about how his touchline manner differs from the fiery Italian.
'I saw him actually at the European Championships and, yeah, he was quite emotional [and] I thought, 'sometimes am I like this?'
'He's a brilliant manager and it will be a tough season for both of us.'
